Meet Nisha – a passionate Pilates instructor, Yoga RYT 200, and certified Women’s Health specialist with a mission to empower women through mindful movement. With certifications from SCW in Mat Pilates and ongoing Balanced Body Comprehensive training, Nisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching.
As a woman who has faced and overcome many of the same struggles her clients experience, Nisha’s approach is calm, inviting, and easy-going. She understands the pressures of a high-stress life and knows firsthand the importance of finding balance, strength, and confidence not defined by the scale or rigid food rules.
Nisha’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to feel strong and confident in her body. Her programs begin with a comprehensive initial assessment, including a movement assessment, to ensure that each plan is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. Whether through Pilates, yoga, or pole fitness, Nisha is dedicated to helping women build a stronger, more balanced body, free from obsession and full of self-empowerment.
